   1. You need a resume blaster to get an offer! why?
      1. 50 resume submittal generate one reply, 3 reply generate one phone interview. 10 phone generate generate one onsite interview, 3 onsite genereate one offer. So you need about 6000 resume sbumittal! why not let ;iRobot help you?
      2. Many posting is not real, just for Apply green card purpose. Don't waste your time on them. And even for real one, there are too many resumes for one position, recruiters only read first few. 5. why is it sleeping? And how can I know that it actually sent out my resume?
   
   iRobot will send your resume to latest posting. After it finishes, it will sleep five minutes and then check again. It will send your resume if it finds any new posting. For monster, it will send email to you for every submitted job. And iRobot will also generate a report dialog about jobs it sends resume. [Back to the top]
    
6. How can I keep my personal infomation secure?
   
   
   1. If you give the robot you made to others, Please clean your personal data. There are two methods to do that. First, you can use File menu, Publish sub-menu to publish the robot, which means all personal data in the robot will be clean. Second, you can click clean button in the The View Bar
      
   2. You can encypt personal info when you save the robot by encryption key.
