Create account in Monster.com, make sure you have at lease one resume, one cover letter in your account.
Open iRobot by double click
in desktop, or similar icon in taskbar or start menu, or iRobot.exe in the install Directory.
Click "Open" image or click "Open" Menu, an open File dialog will display like following picture
Click Browser button, click monster.irb (monster robot), click Open button
Click Ok button in the pic show in step 3, start monster robot, iRobot automaticly goes to monster website.
Input your account name and password. Tab is disabled, so please use mouse to move cursor.
Don't click submit button,
click OK button in the left dialog window. iRobot will remember your account, so you can login automaticly next time.
Input the keywords, and choose your selection. Again don't click get result button,
click OK button in the left dialog window. iRobot will remember your selection and start searching jobs for you.
Choose your resume and cover leter. Again don't click apply button,
click OK button in the left dialog window. iRobot will remember your selection and start submitting jobs for you. It will check
new job for every five minutes, and submit your resume whenever it finds it.
Click stop button to stop, Resume button to resume and close button to change to another robot or
modify account name, password, search keywords, resume or cover letter: Update Monster Robot
